I have been exercising, I just have been forgetting to post about it :). So here is a little recap:
Friday-I was packing for camping, and completely ran out of time.
Saturday- Lots of walking, then I ran a mile and half with Daddy, Mom, Jake, and Chad.
Sunday-Played tennis with Jake, Chad, and Lesa
Monday- Rainy day, so no walking/jogging, but I did 100 crunches and 10 push-ups-but I think I am going to have to quit doing push-ups, because they really hurt my wrist.
Today-Walked 2 ½ miles with Mom, Nana and the kids, then they watched the kiddos while I ran another mile :).
It feels SOOO good to be getting into shape again!!
