I went the non-traditional route again today, mainly because it was WAY too cold (especially with the wind!) to take the kiddos for a walk. I jogged up/down my staircase 10 times-and faster than last time-man, THAT is a great workout! Definitely gets my heart pumping!!! Then I did 75 crunches, 10 pushups (I know, puny-I have never had a lot of upper body strength, and now it is just pathetic….), and 20 “leg lifts” (I guess that is what you would call them-I made Josie sit on my feet, and then lifted my feet-that is a GREAT ab workout!) She is a nice 30 pound weight-and she thought it was hilarious :).
