Snow Days

I am so, so blessed to have a wonderful job that I get random, unexpected days off. I love these little surprise days that I get to stay home and just be a mommy. I am realizing more and more what a good choice I made (although I know the choice really wasn’t mine-God definitely had a plan for me) when I decided to become a teacher. I was laying in bed this morning thinking about that (since I woke up at 4:30 and couldn’t go back to sleep, even though I should be sleeping in). My schedule is absolutely perfect. I only have to leave Josie from 7-3:15, I get all kinds of days off during the school year, and I get the entire summer off. Then, when she is old enough to go to school, she will come to work with me-how awesome is that? At that point, I won’t even have to worry about sitters anymore. Man-blessed-that is all I can say.

Well, it is official. Josie has learned to scream. And, may I add, she has learned to be very noisy in church! She growled through both services yesterday-VERY loudly. She didn’t scream, just growled, but on top of her getting pretty active, she is definitely becoming more of a challenge during church. It will be a challenge we will figure out and overcome, though.
